All are welcome to attend this festive evening at the beginning of Advent.
A time to decorate the church for the season of Advent. We will put up trees in the sanctuary and Fellowship Hall, string lights, string lights, etc. There will be craft stations to make some Christmas ornaments to hang on the tree.
Jesus paints a picture of the reign of God as an open table where all are invited and where there is enough for all, forever. What does it mean to be invited to live in God's reign? In what ways do our lives demonstrate our response to this invitation?

The Dr. Seuss sermon series ends this Sunday, ending appropriately with "On Beyond Zebra". In school we all learned our ABC's and that the alphabet stopped at Z. But the person teaching young Conrad in this story shares that there is a lot more beyond Z.
