“Alleluia!” in All the Places of our Lives!
At the center of the Christian faith is the joyous events of Easter - Christ is Risen! Alleluia!
The celebration of Easter begins at 8 a.m. on Sunday as the senior high youth of the church lead us on an Easter Experience. There will be walking involved as the youth lead us on a journey to Easter that takes us through the church, out into the garden and ending in the sanctuary.
An Easter Breakfast will be available from 9 to 10 a.m. in Fellowship Hall.
Church School classes for all ages will take place from 9:30 to 10:25 a.m.
Worship will be held at 10:30 a.m. in the sanctuary. It begins with the quiet of Easter morning and then breaks forth into joyous acclaim with bells, brass, choirs, singing and a grand procession to the hymn, "Christ the Lord is Risen Today." A special time with children wlll be included and they will be invited to count the number of times the word "Alleluia" is used in the service.
Celebrate the joy and good news of Easter with family and friends. All are welcome.
