Crop Hunger Walk Update

This year's Black River CROP walk begins and ends at Hope Reformed Church in South Haven and will be held Sunday, Oct 2nd. Registration begins at 1:00 (please bring your yellow consent form from your collection envelope) and the walk starts at 2:00.

If you would like to sign up to walk, contact our church's Recruitment Leader, Jeanne Lyon (637-7931 or email at Jlyon711@gmail.com). New this year for youth (18 and younger) who are able to raise $25.00 in Donations, you will receive a matching gift donation of $25.00! Also, everyone is encouraged to carry a bag of groceries to donate to our local food pantry. You will be able to drop this donation at First United Methodist church, along the way.

It's a real event that will help feed real neighbors right here at home and around the world. Let's work together to see that the 2011 walk is a success...It'll touch the hearts and tummies of those who are hungry.
