Blueberry Pie All night Bake-A-Thon!!!

Goal = 600 pies & other bakegoods

HI, Blueberry Festival is coming up and I need volunteers. No, you don't need to be part of the church, nor do you need to know how to bake.

Bakers needed:

All night bake-a-thon : Wednesday, Aug 10 11:00 pm - Thursday, Aug 11 10:00 am @ the Vineyard Restaurant

At home bakers to make muffins, breads, ect...

Sellers needed:

Friday & Saturday (Aug 12 &13)

Church Hallway, Downtown, and Stanley Johnson Park

Supplies needed:

310 Lbs. of sugar

85 Lbs. of flour

12 (32 oz.) bottles of lemon juice

15 pkgs. of margarine (sticks only) – Please place in the upstairs’ kitchen refrigerator

7 pkgs. of napkins (100 ct.)

600 Plastic forks

2 boxes of small baggies (not zip-lock)

3 boxes of saran wrap

Lots of plastic shopping bags

4 rolls of paper towels

2 bottles of dish soap

4 spray bottles of kitchen cleaner or all-purpose cleaner

1 bottle floor cleaner

All donations (except margarine) can be placed in the big bins in the narthex. Thank you!!!
