Yoga poses easy enough for every-body—especially anyone challenged by extra weight,
stiffness, injury or couch-potato-ism.
Meera Patricia Kerr has been teaching for over 30 years and brings her wealth
of experience to “regular folks” who may have been interested in trying Yoga,
but were hesitant because of their physical issues.
Meera is the author of Big Yoga: A Simple Guide for Bigger Bodies, and creator of 2 companion DVDs.
